Ensure the Suki badge is Blue/Green and not Gray:


When dictating on Web, ensure Suki is responding- there should be a blue ring pulsing around the badge:


Within the Suki App, the Suki badge will pulse when listening:


Suki will not work properly if another app on your phone is trying to use the microphone.

To ensure Suki is the only app accessing your microphone, restart your phone, relaunch Suki and try dictating again


If using a computer, ensure Chrome is set to allow the use of a microphone:

You should see a small microphone icon in the top right of the web address bar. Click that to open settings, and ensure "Always allow..." is selected, then click "Done":
