Suki will pull existing diagnoses from the patient's chart in Athena when adding new problems for a patient. Suki will also send any added ICD-10 codes and their associated text back to Athena once you submit your note.

  1. From the note, Say Suki, add a problem or, tap + New Problem to access the existing diagnoses for your patient.

2. Select the problem you would like to add to the note.

3. Add any supporting text for the problem.

4. Say Suki, I'm done, or tap I'm done, when your note is complete.

Any additional text added to the note in Suki will be input into the fields associated with those existing diagnoses in Athena once the note is received.
