Suki allows you the option to search for, add, and change ICD-10 codes associated with a problem.

In order to add or change an ICD-10 code associated with a problem, follow the directions below.

NOTE: When your problem name is very specific, Suki will find a matching ICD-10 code and add it automatically.

1. After your note is complete, say Suki, I'm done or tap I'm done.

2. Tap the problem you would like to add or change an ICD-10 code for.

3. Select the ICD-10 code, or search for a new one.

4. Once you are satisfied that all of the codes are correct, tap Done to finish submitting your note.
