Suki enables you to connect with your account manager and get on-time support. 

To chat with your account manager:

  1. Tap the Menu icon.

    2. Tap Help.

    3. Tap the Chat button.

    4. Tap New Conversation.

    5. Tap the Start a conversation… text-entry box. 

    6. Enter your first chat message and tap Send.

Important: All parts of Suki are compliant with HIPAA regulations to protect patient identities, except this chat feature. So, do not include any patient information in chat messages. When talking about a specific patient, it's HIPAA-compliant to use patient initials, but not full names.
