A: After you complete a note in Suki you can select one of two options. The first option is to send your note to your EHR or, if your account is not linked to your EHR, you can sign off on the note immediately. 

The second option is to allow Suki to process your note. If you select this option your note will go through a manual QA process before being returned. This helps ensure that the note transcript is 100% accurate. We also use the corrections to fine-tune Suki, so its accuracy improves. Today we make sure notes are ready for review within two hours. In time, once we gather enough data through human QA, Suki’s accuracy will improve and notes will be made available immediately.
