If Suki Assistant integrates with your EHR, your scheduled appointments show up on Suki's Schedule screen. If the schedule in your EHR is different than the schedule you see on the Schedule screen, try one of the following based on how you are accessing Suki Assistant application:

  • Suki Mobile Application:

    • Logout of the Suki app and log back in

  • Suki Web Application:

    • Refresh you your browser by clicking the Refresh button in the upper left corner of the browser
